Aurelia Peptide products are supplied strictly as reference-grade materials for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or veterinary products, and have not been evaluated to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

You agree not to ingest, inject, administer, or otherwise introduce any product into a human or animal. You are responsible for lawful handling, storage, labeling, use, and disposal under applicable rules and institutional safety procedures.

Eligibility

By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter these Terms, and are a qualified researcher or are purchasing for a legitimate research organization. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order where we reasonably believe the intended use conflicts with this policy.

Orders & pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. An order is an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when we accept and dispatch it. We may correct pricing, availability, or description errors and cancel affected orders where permitted by law.

• Taxes, duties, and import charges imposed by your location remain your responsibility.

Acceptable use

You must not use the website or products to violate law, misrepresent a product's intended research use, infringe another party's rights, interfere with site operation, gain unauthorized access, or remove lot identification and accompanying documentation when reselling or distributing materials.

Documentation & Certificates of Analysis

Lot-specific Certificates of Analysis (COAs) report the identity, purity, and methods identified on the applicable certificate. COAs are supplied for research records and describe the sample tested; they do not guarantee performance in a particular assay, workflow, or downstream application.

Intellectual property

Aurelia Peptide's website design, text, graphics, product imagery, logos, COA presentations, and other materials belong to Aurelia Peptide or its licensors. You may use them only for your internal research reference unless we give prior written permission.

Warranty & limitation of liability

At dispatch, we warrant that a product conforms to the identity and purity stated on its accompanying COA. This is the sole warranty to the maximum extent allowed by law. All other express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.

Because handling, storage, and use after delivery are outside our control, our total liability for a claim relating to a product or these Terms is limited to the amount paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss where permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Aurelia Peptide, its officers, employees, and suppliers harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the site or products, breach of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights, including use beyond the research-only scope.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules. Any dispute should first be raised with our support team so we can try to resolve it in good faith. This section should be reviewed and completed with the governing law and venue applicable to your legal entity before publication.
